Our latest dubbing services!

These past few months at Waira, a leading dubbing company in Argentina, have been challenging and innovative, so we wanted to share a little glimpse into what's been happening behind the mic.

We kicked things off with some proper horror fun. We provided professional dubbing services for V/H/S 85, V/H/S Halloween, and Satanic Hispanics in Latin American Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. We also dubbed Jester and Terrifier into French, putting a lot of focus on performance direction to make every scare and emotion feel as real as possible. Some days we wrapped up still riding the adrenaline.

At the same time, we dove deep into the kids’ universe, where creativity has no limits. We adapted multilingual musical series like Lollipops, Mike’s Bike, Charlie’s World, and Charlie and the Numbers for BabyTV. Offering multilanguage dubbing services, we covered Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, European Portuguese, Castilian Spanish, French, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Italian, and German… a true linguistic adventure.

Since dubbing songs is one of our biggest passions, we decided to create an intensive workshop on singing for dubbing and audiovisual media. It is a full 8-hour training day where we explore every aspect of performing as a dubbing singer: original voices, advertising music, and everything in between. We dive into vocal training, observation tools, and all the preparation needed to become a professional performer, along with the real-world experience of facing the mic, the material, the directors, and producers. Everyone leaves with a recording of their best takes—a big step into the studio world.

And as if that weren’t enough, we jumped into refreshing the Latin American Spanish dubbing for the YouTube channel Jack and Jelify. Nearly one million subscribers following every new upload and showing their love. A challenge packed with fun and a big pride moment for our team.
